Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy
Hi! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do everything I can to accommodate appointment changes. With adequate notice it also allows me to book that empty appointment with another client waiting to get in.
If you have a family emergency, medical emergency, or illness. You will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Starting immediately, I will require at least 24 hr notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled within the 24hrs or “no shows” will be required to pay 30% of your service cancellation/no-show fee.
Payment of such fee will be accepted by the following methods: Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, zelle, credit card information will need to be provided). If payment is not received, an additional 30% of you service charge will be added to you next appointment.
While I understand that sometimes schedules change, I need to do what I can do keep my schedule full. Constant cancellations really hurt. I’m hoping this new policy will help keep last minute cancellations to a minimum.
I also understand that many people may not feel comfortable providing credit card information at the time of booking so I’d like to avoid that if possible.
If this method of payment for cancellation/no show fees does not work, I will be forced to require a deposit: I’d prefer to not need to do that.
